Welcome to Biddget. By accessing our platform, creating an account, or purchasing credits, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you must disconnect your wallet and cease using the platform immediately.
1. Zero Tolerance Age & Jurisdiction Policy
Biddget is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account, purchase credits, or participate in any auction.
Verification: We reserve the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time.
Forfeiture: If we determine an account belongs to a minor, it will be terminated immediately and permanently. Any remaining credits, pending auctions, or USDC balances will be irrevocably forfeited without refund.
Restricted Territories: You may not use this platform if you reside in a jurisdiction where pay-to-bid auctions or cryptocurrency transactions are prohibited by law.
2. Nature of the Platform: Pay-to-Bid Mechanics
Biddget is a strategic pay-to-bid auction platform, not a traditional e-commerce store.
Consumed Credits: Placing a bid requires "Credits" (purchased with USDC). Every bid consumes one Credit, regardless of whether you win or lose the auction.
Non-Refundable: All Credit purchases and bids placed are final and strictly non-refundable. You acknowledge that participating in an auction does not guarantee you will win the item.
Auction Timers: Placing a bid resets the auction countdown timer by a predetermined number of seconds. An auction concludes only when the timer reaches zero without any new bids.
3. Cryptocurrency & Wallet Security
All transactions on Biddget are conducted in USD Coin (USDC) via supported blockchain networks.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, 2FA devices, and personal crypto wallets. Biddget is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
Network Fees: You are responsible for any blockchain transaction fees ("gas") incurred when depositing or withdrawing USDC.
No Investment Advice: Credits hold no inherent value outside the Biddget ecosystem. They are a utility token for participating in platform activities, not an investment vehicle.
4. Anti-Fraud & Fair Play
To protect the integrity of the arena, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy against manipulation:
Prohibited Software: The use of automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or third-party bidding software is strictly prohibited.
Collusion: Users may not coordinate bids, share accounts, or operate multiple accounts to manipulate auction outcomes.
Consequences: Violation of these rules will result in immediate permanent account suspension, IP banning, and forfeiture of all balances.
