Last Updated: April 28, 2026

Biddget respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal and financial data. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information within our platform.

1. Data We Collect

To provide a secure bidding environment, we collect the following data:

  • Account Information: Email address, username (Tag), and securely hashed passwords.
  • Financial Data: Public blockchain wallet addresses, transaction hashes, and internal credit balances. (We do not store private keys).
  • Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, and login timestamps.
  • Behavioral Data: Your bidding history, auction participation, and on-site activity.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly to operate, secure, and improve the Biddget platform:

  • To process USDC deposits and credit your account.
  • To authenticate logins and support Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
  • To detect and prevent fraudulent activity, bot usage, and Terms of Service violations.
  • To comply with legal obligations, including anti-money laundering (AML) regulations where applicable.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information under the following strict conditions:

  • Service Providers: With trusted third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting services, email delivery) who are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal Compliance: If required by law enforcement, court order, or regulatory authorities to investigate fraud, security breaches, or illegal activity.
  • Public Blockchain: You acknowledge that USDC transactions are executed on a public blockchain. Wallet addresses and transaction amounts are inherently public and outside our control.

4. Data Security & Retention

We employ industry-standard security measures, including database encryption, secure WebSocket connections, and robust firewall protocols, to protect your data. We retain your personal and transaction history only for as long as your account is active, or as required by financial record-keeping laws.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Note that requests for account deletion will result in the permanent loss of all purchased credits and USDC balances.
